The ZMF Suede strap may be the right modification for you on your ZMF headphones if your hat size is 7 and 1/4 or smaller. This may provide extra comfort and/or a better fit. A video guide on installation is available here. A good rule of thumb: don't force anything and reach out if you need help!

The original leather strap is also available for stock replacement for if you want to swap out your suede for leather!
