Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. 

New rates and policies apply to purchases made beginning April 18, 2025 and are not retroactive. 

Domestic (US) Shipping

  • New Free Shipping! Orders over $200 USD ship free within the U.S. Note that ZMF Wear and Repair Ticket orders do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Rates for Smaller Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders under $200.

International Shipping

We now offer a simplified international shipping system to help lower costs for our global customers:

  • Applies to orders totaling over $200 and weighing less than 20lbs.
  • Orders weighing up to 5.5lbs ship internationally via FedEx Connect for a flat rate of $27 USD 
  • Orders weighing 5.5-20lbs ship internationally via FedEx Connect for a flat rate of $52 USD
  • Final rates are based on order weight and size at checkout, and items over 20 lbs will ship at a regularly calculated rate.

  • DHL, FedEx, and other priority services are still available if you prefer a faster or alternative shipping method

Customs, VAT, and Import Fees

  • All import duties, taxes, and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • VAT may be estimated at checkout but may vary depending on your country’s customs policies.

  • As the purchaser, you are considered the importer of record, and may be charged administrative fees by the carrier during customs clearance.
  • We recommend researching your country’s customs process prior to ordering to avoid unexpected fees.
