ZMF Repair Ticket Instructions

Before proceeding, please ensure you have reviewed the following resources:

  • Read the FAQ page for repairs and service for important details.

  • Check any documentation or materials that came with your headphone for guidance on normal use and troubleshooting.

If your issue persists after reviewing these resources, follow the instructions below to submit a repair ticket.

Repair Submission Instructions

  1. Select Your Repair Type:

    • From the drop-down menu on this page, select the repair option that best matches your needs. If you're unsure, choose the closest option to your issue.

  2. Complete the Form:

    • Fill out all required fields on the repair form, ensuring accuracy. This includes your name, email, and the address your repaired headphone should be shipped back to.

  3. Checkout Process:

    • Follow the checkout process to pay for your repair and return shipping. Note:

      • You are solely responsible for shipping the headphones to ZMF unless the issue is deemed a workmanship or part flaw within a 3-month window. In such cases, ZMF will provide a prepaid shipping label.

      • All Costs paid at checkout aside from shipping will be deducted from the total cost of the repair.
  4. Packing Your Headphones:

    • Carefully pack your clean headphones (or cable) in protective packaging.

    • Include a note with your name and repair order number inside the package.

    • Wait for an email with detailed shipping instructions and the address to send your headphones. Do not send your headphones until you receive this email.

  5. Repair Process:

    • Upon receipt of your headphones, our team will inspect and diagnose the issue.

    • If additional repairs are needed beyond your request, you will be invoiced separately. Overpayments will be refunded.

    • Repairs may take up to 12 weeks to complete, though the actual turnaround time is usually faster.

  6. Contact Information:

  • By submitting a repair ticket, you agree to these terms and understand that repairs outside the warranty period are not guaranteed to be free of charge.

  • ZMF is not responsible for damage incurred during transit to our facility; please ensure your headphones are securely packed and insured.
