To submit a repair ticket:
Please select your repair from the drop-down menu, to the best of your knowledge. Then, fill in the rest of the information on this page completely and follow the checkout process. You will be charged for your repair and shipping, unless exempt under warranty.
Next, you will receive a shipping label to your email. Carefully pack up your *clean* headphones (or cable) with your name and repair order number noted in the package, print and affix the label, and ship to us.

Upon receipt of your repair, our team will inspect and diagnose; any repairs needed that differ from your request will be charged accordingly and separately invoiced. And if you have paid more than what is required, a refund will be issued.
Repairs can take up to -- weeks to complete, dependent on current repair queue, materials availability, and other factors.

Note that we will review warranty claims and reserve the right to determine whether a repair qualifies under warranty.
