Modular pad tuning with your ZMF headphones or compatible model through pad swapping allows audiophiles to achieve their ideal soundscape. With our variety in both material and shape there is sure to be a perfect pad for everyone's personal sound, and with these sales it's never been easier to find yours.

What causes an earpad or other accessory to be B-stocked? Reasons are always exclusively cosmetic, and may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Non-uniform leather that is beyond our typical variance (all natural materials have some variance.)
Seams that are not stitched straight- a bit of a wavy seam.
Missing a stitch with a small peek-a-boo at the inner foam. This is where a small “hole” might appear that does not compromise the overall stitching. In this scenario a stitch has been missed but is not the function of the seam unraveling.
Some earpads are prototypes that were never released. Indicated as "prototype."
Because of increased order volume, shipping may take up to 10 business days.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Free shipping on US orders over $200 (ZMF Wear excluded).
Most pads, straps and accessories ship within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order cables ship with your headphones or in 2-5 weeks.
Earpads and accessories are final sale once shipped. You can cancel an accessory order any time before it ships.
Discounted and B-Stock items are final sale.
Custom Shop items are final sale.
Amps and DACs bought at full price can be returned within 14 days of delivery, minus a 10% restocking fee. Amps bought in a bundle or at a discount are final sale.
ZMF Wear is made to order by our print partner and ships separately, with its own tracking.
Arrived damaged or not as ordered? Let us know within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Please note that our prices DO NOT include VAT, duties, or other fees that are incurred upon import. Expect to pay an additional 20-27% (depending on your location) on top of our listed price in VAT and fees, that will be due upon delivery and may be remitted directly to your carrier.
