The HA-1A MK3 is the newest and most compact member of Cayin's HA tube headphone amp family, joining the HA-3A, HA-6A MK2 and flagship HA-300 MK3. It's a pure tube, Class A design with a pair of 12AU7 input tubes and a pair of EL84 output tubes, running through custom power and output transformers made for this circuit.

A two-position impedance switch (L: 8-150 ohms, H: 151-600 ohms) lets you match it to everything from planars to high-impedance dynamics, with both 1/4" and 4-pin XLR outputs on the front. Add the RCA pre-out on the back and it doubles as a tube preamp for powered speakers or a power amp, all in a small desktop footprint.
