Engineered to bring out the full potential of Sennheiser's popular open-back series, these pads address what Zach felt was missing: more weight, punch, and engagement. Using denser foam construction and strategic venting rather than an angled design, these pads transform the sound into something more dynamic and fun.
Unlike closed-back designs that benefit from angled construction, Zach discovered that open Sennheisers in this series respond best to a fundamentally different approach. The combination of denser foam and strategic venting preserves the natural, airy character while adding the weight and engagement that elevates these headphones from good to genuinely exciting.
The carefully tuned density and venting create enhanced surface area comfort while delivering a punchy, wide sound signature. Perfect for extended sessions, they've become Zach's preferred choice for video work and editing, where both comfort and lively sound matter. Sold in pairs.
