The warmer counterpart in our Caldera pad family. Where the Ultra Perf uses full perforations and stiffer gel-infused foam for a linear, spacious presentation, this pad pairs denser foam with wider (6mm spacing) earside perforations — for a fuller low end and a darker, punchier signature.
Originally designed for the Audio-Technica ATH-R70x Refine, the recipe translates well across other Audio-Technica open-backs and works as a bassier perforated option on any large round headphone that accepts fully perforated pads of this size.
The fluted, asymmetrical interior seats larger ears comfortably while preserving the seal that low-end response depends on. Perforated protein outer, suede earside.
